Our next #MenabreaMaestro class is just around the corner, and it promises to be our biggest and best yet. On Tuesday 21st June over 100 people will be treated to a night with Ivor Novello Award winning lyricist Chris Difford, founding member of Squeeze, to learn the secrets of great song writing, and the stories behind some of the most famous songs ever written.

Chris has written and contributed lyrics for artists such as Elton John and Brian Ferry and his music has inspired the likes of Lilly Allen and Mark Ronson as well as many other successful artists. The evening class will show you how the best lyrics are true to the writer and the craft that lies behind award winning song lyrics.

Menabrea Maestro classes are free and open to all with complimentary beer tastings for those attending, so whether you are a songwriter or just a lover of music, this is an event not to be missed!
